Where does Buono Beef at Home deliver?
We deliver fresh meat, seafood and provisions to your doorstep nationwide
via Federal Express. For a limited time we are offering free van delivery
to our local neighbors in Chester, Delaware and Montgomery, PA counties.
When does Buono Beef at Home deliver?
Our local daily van delivery service runs Monday-Friday from 9 AM-7PM.
Overnight deliveries outside of our local area (Chester, Delaware
and Montgomery, PA counties) can be delivered Tuesday through Saturday
via Federal Express.
**Orders MUST be received by 11:00AM EST for next day delivery**
What if I'm not home to receive my order?
If you think you may not be home in time to receive your scheduled
delivery, or if you miss your delivery, please call Buono Beef at
Home Customer Service at 1 (610) 909-5147.
Our packages are shipped with a signature release. We will ask
you to pick a designated area where we can leave your order if no
one is home to accept the delivery. Another option is to designate
a neighbor who would be willing to hold your order on your behalf.
How is my order packaged?
Our shipped packages are packaged in specially designed insulated
foam boxes with frozen gel packs. The foam box is set in a corrugated
box for shipment. All packages are packed very carefully to prevent
damage during shipping. The packaging is extremely efficient and
will keep meat fresh all day in extreme conditions. Orders left
at a designated area outside of your house will be packaged in cooler
bags with frozen gel packs to insure product freshness.
